Ministry Profile

Leadia exists to transform Africa.

Preamble

We believe that the church is the genesis of transformation that embraces the whole spectrum of life. It is a proactive arm of society with supernatural and natural resources to combat human encumbrances in order for the people of God to enjoy life as God intended.

The challenges in Africa and Uganda are to build internal native resource capacity to lead the efforts to eliminate, poverty, mortality, AIDS/HIV, illiteracy, unemployment, corruption, just to mention a few, to create the political, and the socio-economic stability.

At this point in time, Africa and Uganda are in need of, leadership models and institutional building, a biblical spirituality and worldview, meaningful relationships, resource development and acquisition, information accessibility, involvement, compassion and environmental conservation. At the pinnacle of all these is the quality of leadership.

Problem
There is lack of self-realization and actualization alias self-identity and dignity due to,
ideological, theological, sociological, educational, civic and leadership gaps.
Visible signs: Political instability, poverty, high infant mortality rate, HIV/AIDS, disease, low average life expectancy, high illiteracy rates, high unemployment rates, dependence, refuges (internal and external) corruption, social injustice, denominationalism, cults and nominalism.
